Aspirant principals have the opportunity to develop their leadership capacity through participation in Re:think . This program aims to develop the leadership capability of Established Leaders and Aspirant Principals who are senior leaders in Catholic primary and secondary schools, and who see principalship as the next step in their leadership journey.

Re:think is a program developed for and facilitated by Catholic Education Office Melbourne CEOM). It is based on a highly successful approach that Atkinson-Consulting! has developed. It incorporates the key principles of the Catholic Education Commission of Victoria Limited (CECV) resource ‘Leadership in Catholic Schools: Development Framework and Standards of Practice' (Leadership Standards Framework). Aspirant principals from the Diocese of Ballarat are invited to participate in the CEOM program and are supported by the Catholic Education Office Ballarat. It is a two year program. The second year of the program encompasses a Principal Shadowing component.
